Im trying to make homemade lipbalm and i was wondering idf you could fingd it at like hobby obby or micheals or even walmart or anywhere else you know of thats not online!

ebay(but thats kinda gross because you don't know who used it..), try those stores you mentioned, or you could buy a really cheap lip blam at the drugstore, empty it out and make your lip balm. Hope this helps =D

Empty film containers work, but you probably don't use film. Anything that shape will do the trick.
Craft store or hobby store. Michael's would be a good place to start.
