yes ive definitely heard that, as can ginger extracts apparently.
there was a boom in lip plumpers a couple of years ago, and i noticed that alot of them had menthol as a noted ingredient. i had a small obsession with innoxa's lip plumper because it was in a nice easy-to-wear shade and it didnt make lips go from normal to angelina jolie. now ive gone back to not liking lipgloss again so ive just been going natural.Is there any truth in that menthol in a lipbalm can make lips appear fuller?
idk but when i use menthol lipbalm it feels like my lips are swollen and and are going to explode.
but idk if they look any bigger.
Menthol only cools.
