Peeling is part of the healing process, most piercings do this (shed the dead skin cells to reveal the new healthier ones underneath). Also, it is definitely the dry season which doesn't help. I wouldn't use a moisturizer if the piercings are fairly new because you might risk an infection. Try not to spend too much time in any kind of harsh weather.Snakebites..... lip peeling.... do i need moisturizer? why is it peeling??
