Burts Bees Beeswax Lip Balm. Lovely, almost minty and refreshing and it really does leave a tingling feeling on my lips. The best thing as well is that its relatively cheap and almost 100% natural.

MAC carries nice lip conditioner. I've been using it for 2 years.
