What is the best chapstick/lip balm?

A product called Hemp from The Body Shop. Put Astral cream on your lips each night before you get in bed.
before chapstick and lip you have to have at least some sort of smmoth lips tip with your tooth brush gently exfloatle your lips with warm water it makes em plumpler and smooth

Burt's Bees is def the best! If you're going to be in the sun, then get Burt's Bees lifegaurd lip balm, but for normal weather, just use the orginial product.
