part of the reason besides weather and licking your lips alot is dehydration. drink more water and keep wearing your chapstick.Is lip balm or chapstick bad for your lips?
that depends on if you lick your lips a lot or if their wet a lot. its not harmless dough.
No clinical studies have shown lip balm or chap stick to be harmful to your lips in terms of drying them up.
